La Rochelle (17) - Les Minimes 3-room apartment - approximately 41 m² - up to 4 people This holiday accommodation is located in the heart of Les Minimes, near Lake Sole, in the most dynamic district of La Rochelle. It is on the 2nd floor, duplex and consists of a living room with a balcony equipped with garden furniture, a sofa, an equipped kitchen area, upstairs (staircase in Chinese steps), two bedrooms with a bed two places in each of them (one a little lower because of the structure of a convertible sofa), access to the 2nd balcony of one of the bedrooms, a shower room and a separate WC. Come and enjoy the sun around the pool!! The advantages of this seaside rental: Secure residence, with swimming pool July/August subject to climatic and sanitary conditions, underground parking, close to the marina, double balconies.
