1-room apartment 30 m2 on 2nd floor. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and TV connection. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. No heating option. Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 100 - 160 cm with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm). Balcony 6 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture. View of the lake. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 539. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
