It is composed of a bright living room with a functional kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet.
A terrace completes the whole thing and you can thus enjoy your meals outside, with a view of the port of Coudalère.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 single beds in the bedroom/ 1 x 140cm sofa bed in the living room.
This apartment is located in the Palmyra residence and has an exceptional view of the port of the Coudalère peninsula, the nearby Pyrenees, the marine lake and the Corbières.
For parking, you will have a private space in the car park located behind the residence.
As part of your rental, you will have:
- an aquatic area with 2 pools (a 25m swimming pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aqua-biking during the summer season) and a water playground for the little ones.
The swimming pool is open from April to October, it is free for all our tenants thanks to a bracelet that we give you on your arrival

On the Coudalère site, which can be compared to a village, your children can play in complete safety with friends, since here, pedestrians are king and cars are confined outside.
