This beautiful 100 m² old apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without elevator. Spacious, it is designed to accommodate your relaxing or business stays. The apartment comprises :

- a bright living area with a double lounge, one of which has a sofa bed that converts into a double bed,
- a cosy dining room for group meals,
- a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- a master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a second bedroom with a single bed (ideal for a child) and an office space suitable for work,
- bathroom with bathtub/shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,

- TV, DVD player and Wifi.
