Apartment 14 in building A of Florimontagne 14, in the village of Chinaillon, commune of Grand-Bornand.
This apartment for 8 people is a 149m² duplex (including 35m² attic) located on the 3rd and top floor.
On the floor there is a storage room (for shoes and coats) and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a toilet and a large water tank.
The main room is large and spacious, and contains the dining room, living room, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes for 8 people and more. You have a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a large fridge, a freezer, a Nespresso machine, and a dishwasher. You will also find pots, pans, and casseroles in sufficient quantity for the capacity of the apartment. The living room is large and comfortable and equipped with a flat screen TV with DVD player and Hi-Fi system. There is a large fireplace, which makes winter evenings very pleasant!
In the living room, dining room and kitchen, you have large bay windows that give you access to the balcony. This runs the entire length of the apartment and faces south, thus benefiting from very good exposure. The view overlooks the village, the slopes and the mountains.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 160cm double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (which can be pushed together to make 180cm beds if necessary) and a bathroom with a shower cubicle and WC. On the main floor there is a bedroom with a 160cm double bed with an adjoining bathroom (private!) with a bath, shower cubicle and WC.
The slopes are just a few minutes' walk away via a public elevator. The ski locker is adjacent to the building entrance.
There are 11 apartments in the building and reserved parking spaces plus a private, locked garage. The apartment is located a 5-minute walk from the village center, where you can find restaurants, shops, and bakeries.
All linens and towels are provided in each rental.
High chairs and baby cots are available upon request. The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
