This holiday studio is located on the 2nd floor of the residence. It consists of a living room with 1 single sofa bed (child bed) and television. The two cabin areas are side by side, with a 140 cm bed for one and 2 90 cm beds for the other. A kitchenette with hob, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and washing machine, a bathroom with bathtub, sink and WC.
The "Pluses" of this rental by the sea: a pretty terrace with garden and port views, a swimming pool and collective parking.
Housekeeping included.
Swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September depending on health and climatic conditions.
NB: COVID 19 info, access to the residence swimming pool will only be authorized following changes in health conditions and administrative decisions.
No reduction on the rental amount may be required.
