LEFT BANK - In a secure residence, studio cabin with outbuilding completely renovated on the ground floor composed of a living room with a sofa bed in 140 cm, television, wifi and air conditioning. A cabin with a bunk bed (sleeps 2 in 90 cm). A fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob). A bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet. An outbuilding (outdoor chalet adjoining the apartment) with a double bed 140 cm, television, air conditioning, possible access from the apartment. A garden of 140m² with garden furniture and an arbor. Private parking. Furnished and equipped for 6 people.
