NORTH BEACH - ESCALE PORT residence, secure with swimming pool and shared parking. Lovely, spacious and bright studio on the ground floor opening onto a terrace with garden and port views. A 140 cm sofa bed, TV and bunk bed for 2. Equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and oven). Bathroom with washing machine and toilet. Beach 100m away, close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Furnished and equipped for 4 people.

Two separate security deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 security deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
