NORTH BEACH - ESCALE PORT residence, secure with swimming pool and shared parking. Lovely bright studio, on the 2nd floor opening onto a balcony with open views, with a 140 cm sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. Equipped kitchen (microwave, top fridge and hob), and shower room with WC. Swimming pool open (mid-June to mid-September). Beach 100m away, close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Furnished and equipped for 2 people.

Two separate security deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 security deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
Key handovers take place at the agency.
