CITY CENTER - PORT ROYAL - In a secure residence 200m from the beach and shops, on the 2nd floor with elevator, a P2 of 32m², living room with 1 sofa bed in 140 cm, TV and wifi, a fully equipped kitchen (Fridge-top, microwave, washing machine). A large bedroom with 2 beds pushed together in 90 cm and a bunk bed for 2, direct access to the loggia. A bathroom, a separate toilet, a loggia of 5m² overlooking the wooded gardens. Private, numbered and secure parking, wooded residence with bowling alley. Furnished and equipped for 5/6 people.

Two separate deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
