Come and spend a pleasant stay in this apartment located on the ground floor facing the Pine Forest, a bright 27m² cabin studio composed of a living room with a 140cm fold-out bed, a TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. A fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, hob), at the entrance a cabin with a bunk bed for 2 people (90cm), a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. A 6m² loggia overlooking a 25m² private garden with a fountain and garden furniture.
Furnished and equipped for 4 people.

Two separate security deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 security deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
