Located on the 2nd floor of 3, without elevator in a secure residence, it has 2 beds, (3 maximum) to spend a beautiful vacation by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park (private parking) at the foot of the residence for the duration of your stay and explore the area on foot. *Pets allowed on request 30 euros supplement* * * Pre-registered deposit not debited 300 with registration fee 5.96 euros.*

The living room opens onto a balcony overlooking the Port Camargue Marina where you can share good meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialties: Fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Bourride de lotte, La Gardiane de Taureau, La Rouille Graulène different from the Sète rouille... Take the time to discover the different vineyards whose specialty is: Organic sand wine and Pics St Loup!
Kitchen side: open to the living room, fully equipped (2-burner vitroceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with a round table for 4 people which will allow you to welcome your meals and guests.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 x 140cm bed, 65x65cm square pillows, duvet. *sheets and towels will be provided upon reservation at 20 euros for 2 people.*

This apartment is located on the left bank of the Grau du Roi between:
the fishing port where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers return from fishing by the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying nets, sorting fish, setting up sales stalls along Quai Colbert...
and the 1st marina in Europe Port-Camargue located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: emblematic place for yachts, sailboats, etc. and the UCPA Sailing School.
Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea, along the promenade on the Quai d'Honneur and Lapérouse and follow the flight of the pink flamingos above the expanses of water of the Camargue.
