Located in a quality location in the Port Camargue sector, this studio-type apartment consisting of a living room with large bay windows, will be a real favorite for lovers of the sea.
Take advantage of its view, which will allow you to spend convivial moments together, to drink your quiet coffee in the morning, or to admire wonderful sunsets. The beach not far away, beautiful walks to do starting on foot from the "le Méridien" residence, strolling, going to discover the 1st Marina in Europe, reaching the heart of the village,….. a multitude of things to do do nearby. This apartment is located on the 3rd and last floor of a residence of the 80s in joint ownership. The latter is of standing. The security of the apartment is ensured by a digicode. This apartment is arranged as follows: a kitchenette, living room and a bathroom. Reversible air conditioning is present. The apartment is located in a residence which has a common car park. Places are not allocated but there is always enough to park. The property is close to all amenities: it is located 500 meters from the shops and close to the beach.
