The living area, furnished with a 140cm sofa bed, a television, and air conditioning, opens onto a loggia with garden furniture and a balcony with a partial, unobstructed sea view. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a stovetop, and a filter coffee maker to meet all your cooking needs. You will also have a shower room with a washing machine and a separate toilet.
Shared and secure parking at the foot of the building. Located just 100 meters from the beach with no road to cross and in the immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants and public transport, this furnished and equipped studio is perfectly suited for 4 people.
