Discover this beautiful 40 m² apartment located on the ground floor in Monêtier-les-Bains, the ideal place for a stay that is both functional and relaxing.
This bright accommodation will seduce you with its breathtaking view, private terrace and direct access to a semi-private garden within a quiet residence.
The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. For your convivial evenings, a raclette grill, a hot stone grill, and a fondue set are also available, as well as all the practical necessities such as a washing machine, television, heating, and a smoke detector.
For the sleeping arrangements, you will have:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed 140x200.
- another bedroom with 1 double bed 140x200.
- another bedroom with 1 bunk bed 90x200.
Bed linen and towels are provided on request for an additional fee.
Please note that the accommodation does not have a wifi connection, thus offering you a break from total disconnection.

In terms of activities and amenities, you're ideally located just a 5-minute drive from the Sherpa supermarket opposite the church and the Blue Bird Cocktail Bar. The apartment is less than a 5-minute walk from the free shuttle stop (line 6: Briançon / Monetier les Bains - Les Guibertes stop) which allows you to reach the slopes of Monetier-les-Bains for free and in less than 10 minutes (3 stops in total) or Villeneuve (2 stops from the Le Bez lifts or 4 stops from the Aravet lifts), as you choose!

On the edge of the Écrins National Park, Monêtier-les-Bains is a commune in the Serre-Chevalier ski area, perfect for enjoying a breath of fresh air. It is a commune rich in heritage, with its Notre-Dame de l'Assomption church, the Saint-Claude church of Monêtier-les-Bains, and its Museum of Sacred Art.
The apartment is located in the Oches district, in the area known as Les Guibertes, just outside Monetier-les-Bains towards La Salle les Alpes.
