The owner's note, Lola
Charming, pretty 3-room apartment located on the 1st floor of the residence with elevator. It is ideally located at the foot of the slopes and opposite the "Chalets" gondola. This pedestrian gondola is open from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and provides access to the slopes as well as the center of Mottaret and its shops, restaurants, ski school, and services.
If you need more bedrooms, the studio next door is available for 4 additional beds.
Large living room with sofa, fireplace, and television. Along the length of the room is an east-facing balcony with unobstructed views of the slopes and a tobogganing area for children. There is also a dining area.
Open kitchen equipped with 4 electric hobs, extractor hood, refrigerator, combined microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
Bedroom 1: one double bed
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds plus a high bed available only for children under 6 years old.
Bathroom with shower.
Separate WC.
Floor: parquet in the living room, carpet in the bedrooms.
Public parking spaces are available in front of the building.
All our apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi.
