The owner's note, Lola
This cozy, tastefully renovated 33m² one-bedroom apartment is located just steps from the main square in Les Orres 1800, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete peace and quiet. Facing east, it offers a panoramic view of the resort, its peaks, and the slopes.
It is accessible from the main entrance of its building by taking elevator 1.
It has an entrance hall with storage, a living room with a sofa bed and television, a dining room - fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a large balcony with garden furniture to enjoy the mountain air during your meals.
Lighten your suitcases when you arrive thanks to all the equipment present in the apartment: all the kitchen utensils necessary for preparing your meals, kettle, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine, fondue set, vacuum cleaner and of course television.
When night comes, you will have at your disposal a 140x190cm sofa bed in the living room as well as a 140x190cm double bed and a 90x190cm bunk bed in the bedroom which also has an additional television so that everyone can enjoy their favorite programs, allowing you to accommodate up to 5 people.
You will be located less than 200 meters from shops, snack bars and restaurants, but also from the departures of the ski slopes, and in summer only a few hundred meters from the mountain bike trails and the hiking trails.
