The owner's note, Lola
This spacious 35m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located in the heart of Les Orres 1800, just steps from all the resort's shops (restaurants, supermarket, bakery, etc.) and activities, in the "Les Silènes" building of the Hauts de Préclaux residence.
Take full advantage of your balcony on the 2nd floor offering a view of the shopping square and the surrounding mountains to read your favorite book, have breakfast in the sun or simply enjoy the calm of the mountains.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall with storage leading to the sleeping area, a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay, a living room with a dining table and lounge area, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
As for sleeping arrangements, you can choose between a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the bedroom, two 80 x 190 cm single beds in the sleeping area and a convertible sofa bed for 2 people.
You will also have at your disposal a private ski box to store your skiing equipment as well as unlimited access to the residence's outdoor swimming pool, sauna cabins and fitness area, open summer and winter.
A LITTLE EXTRA: you will have the option to reserve a parking space in the underground car park providing direct access to the accommodation via the elevator (at an additional cost and subject to availability).
