The Agence des Orres offers you this charming mountain-style apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator of its residence "Les Églantines" in the Hauts de Préclaux, on the shopping square of Les Orres 1800, above the slopes.
With a surface area of 35 m², it has an entrance hall with storage, a spacious bedroom with wardrobe, a sleeping area, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. From the sunny balcony, facing south, you can admire a magnificent view of the snow front, the slopes and the surrounding peaks.
It can easily accommodate up to 6 people with a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the master bedroom, two 80 x 190 cm single beds that can be joined to form 160 x 190 cm in the sleeping area and a 140 x 190 cm convertible sofa in the living room. You will also find all the kitchen utensils necessary for your stay.
Ideally located, you will be in the heart of the Orres 1800 resort, just a few steps from all the restaurants, bars, small shops in the area, but also at the foot of the ski slopes in winter and hiking or mountain biking slopes in summer.
Finally, you will benefit from a private ski locker, directly overlooking the snow front, and free access to the magnificent heated outdoor swimming pool, the residence's sauna and the fitness room (open seasonally only, summer and winter).
