The Agence des Orres offers you this accommodation located on the slopes of the "Les Eglantines" building in the Hauts de Préclaux residence and with a surface area of 34 m² which will allow you to enjoy ski-in ski-out access.
The south-east facing terrace is a real asset, whether for sunny breakfasts enjoying the view of the mountains or for putting on your skis on site and exploring the Les Orres ski area.
You will have an entrance hall with plenty of storage space opening onto the sleeping area, a beautiful living room with mountain decor and a kitchen area, a bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
For your comfort, basic equipment such as a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, etc. are available in the accommodation.
As for sleeping arrangements, you can choose between the 80 x 190 cm single beds in the sleeping area, which you can put together to form a double bed, the 140 x 190 cm double bed in the bedroom, or the two-seater pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
Located in the heart of the main square of Les Orres 1800, you will have access to shops, restaurants, ski schools and various activities offered by the resort just a few steps away.
Your accommodation includes a private ski locker to store your winter sports equipment, and will guarantee you unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool, its fitness room and its sauna cabins (space open seasonally only, summer and winter).
To unload your luggage without hassle, consider reserving a parking space in the underground car park under the residence, allowing direct access to the accommodation by elevator; with the agency (additional charge and subject to availability).
