This 35 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It is ideally located in the heart of the Orres 1800 shopping square in the "Les Colchiques" building of the Hauts de Préclaux residence, with all its shops (restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ski rentals, etc.) and numerous activities.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall with storage leading to the sleeping area, a living room with a fitted kitchen area and lounge-dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub to relax in after your sporting days, a bedroom and a separate toilet.
From the east-facing balcony, you will enjoy sunny mornings while observing the lovely view of the slopes and surrounding mountains.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will have at your disposal a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm in the bedroom, two single beds measuring 80 x 190 cm in the sleeping area and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
For a "ski-in/ski-out" stay, put on your skis and access the slopes directly from the ski locker where you will have a private box to store your equipment.
Relax with unlimited access to the residence's superb heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna cabins, open seasonally only, summer and winter.
