Ideally located in the Eglantines building of the Hauts de Préclaux residence in the heart of Les Orres 1800, the Agence des Orres offers you this apartment with two bedrooms with a beautiful surface area of 38 m² facing South-East and able to accommodate up to six people.
Located on the 1st floor of the building with elevator, it has a living-dining room with a pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen area (microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker...), a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. From the sunny balcony, thanks to its south-east exposure, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the snow front and the ski slopes.
On the sleeping side, you will have a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and a second bedroom with two 80 x 190 cm single beds that you can put together to create a double bed and a two-seater pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
For your convenience, the apartment includes a parking space in the underground car park right next to your residence; as well as a private ski box to store all your ski equipment.
In addition, you can also enjoy unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna cabins, as well as the fitness room (space open seasonally only, summer and winter).
