This 38m² 2-room apartment with a rustic atmosphere and a large living room is located on Place des Orres 1800 and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Facing east and located on the second floor of the "Les Silènes" building in the Hauts de Préclaux residence, it overlooks the exterior of the square and you will therefore enjoy a quieter stay.
It also benefits from a heated outdoor swimming pool in its residence, a private ski box, and above all, a private parking space in an underground car park.
It consists of an entrance hall with storage, a dining room - living room with sofa bed and television, a fitted kitchen, a separate bedroom, a sleeping area, a bathroom with bathtub and separate WC.
Enjoy a lovely evening with your family using the raclette machine available in the apartment.
For sleeping accommodations, you will find a 140x190cm sofa bed in the living room, a 140x190cm double bed in the separate bedroom and two 80x190cm single beds in the sleeping area.
You will be ideally located just above the resort square, close to shops (restaurants, bars, mini-market and regional products, equipment rentals, etc.) and activities or events, and only around fifty meters from the departures of the ski or mountain bike slopes.
In addition, you will have access to the wellness area where you will find the heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna cabins and the fitness area of the residence (open during the summer and winter seasons).
