This comfortable 42 m² apartment will offer you all the comfort you need for your stay in the mountains, with family or friends!
Ideally located at the foot of the slopes and in the heart of Les Orres 1800 in the "Les Valérianes" building of the Hauts de Préclaux residence, you will find all the amenities just a stone's throw away: restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ski rental shops...
You will enjoy the view from your east-facing balcony over the ski slopes and the surrounding larch forest.
The apartment has an entrance hall with storage space leading to the sleeping area, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet, a master bedroom, a living room with a sofa and television, and a fully equipped kitchen area: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, raclette machine, toaster, kettle, etc.
In terms of sleeping accommodation, you will have a sofa bed in the living room, two single bunk beds (90 x 190 cm) in the sleeping area and a double bed (140 x 190 cm) in the bedroom, for a capacity of 6 people.
