Ideally located in the heart of Les Orres 1800 in the "Les Valérianes" building of the Hauts de Préclaux residence, this superb 35 m² apartment, which has been completely renovated in a modern and warm style, will offer you the relaxing vacation you dream of.
The southeast-facing balcony offers a lovely view of the ski slopes and larch forest. It promises delicious breakfasts under the Southern Alps sun.
The living area consists of a lounge with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a wall-mounted television, an electric stone and wood fireplace that will create a relaxing atmosphere; and a dining room that can accommodate up to 6 guests for your friendly evenings with family or friends.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped: large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, raclette machine, fondue set, etc.
On the sleeping side, you will have a bedroom with a 140*190 cm double bed and a mountain corner with two 80*190 cm single beds, all equipped with quality bedding. To complete the set, the bathroom and its large Italian shower will be perfect for relaxing after your sporty days in the mountains.
This property includes indoor parking for two vehicles. With direct elevator access, you can easily unload your luggage.
For your ski-in/ski-out stay, you'll benefit from a private ski box to store your ski equipment and you'll love the direct access to the slopes right from the building's exit.
