This 73 m² duplex apartment, facing northeast, is set back slightly from the central square of the Orres 1800 resort, ensuring a peaceful stay. It is accessible from the main entrance of the building via elevator 1.
It has an entrance with storage, a living room with a sofa bed and television, a dining room - equipped kitchen, three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and a balcony to enjoy a moment in the sun.
For sleeping, you will find a 140x190cm sofa bed in the living room, a 140x190cm double bed in the bedroom, two single beds (which can be joined) in 80x190cm in the second, and two 80x190cm bunk beds in the third, for a total capacity of 8 people.
You will be located less than 200 meters from shops, snacks and restaurants, as well as from the ski slopes, and in summer only a few hundred meters from mountain bike trails and the hiking trails.
