DescriptionThis beautiful and modern furnished business studio offers highest living comfort in a quiet location.Enjoy the same comfort as at home in this unique business studio apartment! The apartment has a total of three sleeping places consisting of a double bed and a sofa bed for one person. Of course there is also a kitchen and a bathroom in the apartment. The kitchen corner offers two glass ceramic hotplates, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils. In the bathroom there is a shower, hair dryer, towels, bath towels and toiletries.Our service includes all additional costs, Wi-Fi internet, TV, monthly cleaning (from a stay longer than 45 nights) and free use of washing machines and dryers on the ground floor. Additional services and parking spaces can be rented for an additional charge.You live centrally on the Allmend and still have a variety of leisure and recreation possibilities in the immediate vicinity.
