Located on the 3rd floor in Lyon, this apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a comfortable living area to relax in after a busy day. It also features a balcony, perfect for enjoying sunny summer days!
You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: coffee machine, oven, microwave, iron, hair dryer and washing machine.
The apartment is very well served by public transport, allowing you to easily explore Lyon and its surroundings. The neighborhood is charming and convenient: Place Bellecour is a 22-minute walk away, the Museum of Fine Arts is 35 minutes away, the Musée des Confluences is 22 minutes away, and the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Cathedral is 25 minutes away. Just downstairs from the building, you can enjoy a meal at the restaurant "Point Nommé," one of our favorites!
The neighborhood is very popular with both locals and visitors. Feel free to ask me for my favorite spots; I'd be happy to share them with you.

The 2nd arrondissement is located at the southern tip of the peninsula formed by the Saône and Rhône rivers. It's considered the heart of Lyon, a major shopping district with numerous shops, pedestrian streets, and the largest square in Europe, Place Bellecour, with its famous statue of Louis XIV at the center. Part of this arrondissement, in the south, has recently seen the launch of the ambitious "Confluence" project, an urban renewal project for Lyon's city center featuring brand-new housing, offices, and shopping centers.
