Large kitchen-/living room (dishwasher, Gas stove, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Upper floor: 1 room with panoramic window with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), shower/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with panoramic window with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. Bath/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Natural stone floors. Small balcony, garden, porch. Barbecue, deck chairs, sitting area. Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only, no parking.
