It is located on the most charming and especially the quietest street in the old town, not far from Cours Saleya, but also from "Garibaldi" square in the "OLD TOWN/PROMENADE DES ANGLAIS" district, in the heart of the city, just minutes from the sea and the Promenade des Anglais.
On the 1st floor, easily accessible by stairs, the studio offers a blend of elegance, comfort and design for a successful stay. This apartment benefits from the care taken in decoration and quality of equipment.
It can comfortably accommodate 2 people and consists of a main room equipped with a very comfortable Queen size bed for 2 people. A glass table will invite you to have your meals there. Generously lit by its two windows, it has storage space. For your leisure, the apartment is equipped with fibre (Internet and TV). The kitchen consists of ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a microwave, an oven with grill, a coffee maker and all the necessary kitchen equipment to prepare your meals, iron, hairdryer.
The spacious bathroom consists of a shower, a washbasin and toilet.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival

I chose to arrive by air

Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to take you to your apartment:

The tram - The best route: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

I chose to arrive by train

The tram - The best value: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Avenue Thiers to Avenue Jean Médecin (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate the meter before leaving the station. You will only need to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.

I chose to arrive by car

There is always a public car park near your place of residence.

It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid at the car park entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
