The flat is located in the city centre, less than 5 minutes walk from the Coulée verte, the Place Masséna and the Vieux Nice, where you can find architectural treasures and typical shops. For a bit of culture, you will have the National Theatre of Nice at 9 min walk or the MAMAC (Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art) at 10 min. If you are looking for a moment of relaxation, you will be 6 minutes walk from the beaches of the Promenade des Anglais, where you can walk along the sea. Finally, you will be 15 minutes by transport from the Port of Nice.
