Located on the 1st floor with elevator, it includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs: 4 burners);
- a living room with a sofa bed.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Television, Hairdryer, Microwave, Oven, Coffee Machine, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is located:
- in a shopping avenue;
- 30 m from a tram stop;
- 50 m from Place Massena;
- 50 m from the tramway towards the port;
- between 50 and 100 m from a paid public car park;
- 250 m from the Promenade des Anglais;
- 300 m from the tram to the airport (going directly up the avenue in around 25 to 30 minutes);
- close to restaurants, shops, the old town and the beach (accessible on foot);
- 2 tram stations or 15 to 20 minutes walk from the train station.
Please note that pets are welcome. You will find underground parking near the old town or even closer to Place Massena.
Street parking is also available. There is a charge for parking from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and it is free on Sundays and public holidays.

This neighborhood is primarily known for Avenue Jean-Médecin. It's one of the city's north-south traffic routes and is Nice's main shopping street. It's known to the locals as "The Avenue." You'll be just a stone's throw from the Notre-Dame Basilica and the imposing Nicetoile shopping center.
