This charming studio, ideally located in the heart of Nice, is a true haven for two people. Just a few steps away from the tram, Place Masséna, Old Nice and the Promenade des Anglais, it offers a perfect base for exploring the city on foot.

This 20 m² accommodation, bright and carefully decorated, has a charming little balcony with an unobstructed view of the Promenade du Paillon gardens, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink.

YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD

The studio benefits from an exceptional location just 150 metres from the "Opéra - Vieille Ville" tram station, 400 metres from Place Masséna, and less than 5 minutes' walk from Opéra beach. You are also very close to the lively streets of Old Nice, its markets, restaurants and small shops. A supermarket is located 550 metres away, and the station is accessible in just a few minutes by tram or on foot.

LIVING SPACE

Comfortable and well-organised, the studio offers a climate-controlled living space with a double bed, television, Wi-Fi connection and direct access to the balcony. Everything has been designed to maximise space without sacrificing comfort.

CUISINE

The open-plan kitchen, practical and well-equipped, has everything you need to prepare your meals: ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils.

BATHROOM

The bathroom, bright and functional, is equipped with a shower, a vanity unit with mirror, a hairdryer and a washing machine.

EQUIPMENT

The studio is equipped with air conditioning, electric heating, an iron, household linen, Wi-Fi access, as well as balcony furniture to enjoy the view of the gardens.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice on arrival

I have chosen to arrive by air

Upon arriving at the airport, a wide choice of transport is available to you to get to your apartment:

The tram – The best value: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serving the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pine district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you off directly at your apartment. There is a fixed official rate that must be applied + the baggage charge. Make sure you enquire and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse you. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

The bus: The airport shuttle (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.

I chose to arrive by train

The tram – The best value: To get to line no. 1, exit on the left of the station and head down towards Avenue Thiers until Avenue Jean Médecin (it is indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket is inexpensive. Line 1 serves the city centre and the two northern districts of Nice.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you off directly at your apartment. There is no fixed rate. The driver must compulsorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed on arrival + the baggage rate. Make sure to enquire and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse you. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
Don't forget to have the complete address ready to give to the driver.

I chose to arrive by car

There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:

• By the hour
• By the day (24 hours)
• By the week
• By the month

It may prove more interesting to pay for a week rather than by the day for stays of more than 4 days, and so on. Be sure to check the tariff grid at the car park entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
