Charming 3-room apartment for 5 people, with a surface area of 45 m². On the sixth floor, its south-facing balcony offers unobstructed views of the village, Mont Charvin, and the slopes. Ski-in/ski-out residence, a two-minute walk from shops and restaurants. In summer, the residence features a large outdoor pool and private tennis courts.

- Kitchen open to the living room: 4 ceramic hobs, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine.
- Living room with flat screen television and DVD player.
- Sleeping arrangements: one double bedroom with washing machine in the closet (140cm bed), one bedroom with single bed (90cm), living room with a convertible sofa bed (160cm). Bedding equipped with duvets and pillows.

OUR OPINION: Very functional apartment. Very bright. Beautiful view. Large living room for gatherings with family or friends. The kitchen was completely renovated in December 2023, as well as its equipment.
