Living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed and satellite TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Segafredo mitnehmen) extra). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Heating. Parquet floors. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. No parking. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. One bedroom has a separate entrance, private toilet and shower.
Obervellach: External elevator to all floors. Please note: Parking is restricted to 90 minutes with a parking disc. Public parking is available below the fire station (100m). Each apartment has a wardrobe with ski rack and ski boot dryer in the basement. A conference room for up to 12 people can be booked via office@obma.at, as can a vaulted cellar room for celebrations of up to 12 people. The building also houses a café, the tourist information office and the Hohentauern National Park exhibition.
