This beautifully renovated, duplex apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of an historical building in the heart of Paris, in front of the shopping galleries of Passage des Panoramas. The apartment boasts an elegant style, providing guests with a comfortable and visually appealing environment.
Inside the apartment, you'll find a flat-screen TV for entertainment, a cozy seating area, free WIFI. The private bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer, and towels for your convenience.
The kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped - perfect for making meals from the fresh produce bought at the famous rue Montorgueil street market. If you prefer to dine out, there are grocery stores and restaurants within a short distance of 100 meters from the apartment, making it convenient to find a variety of dining options.

Deposit:
A damage deposit is required but will not be cashed. This will be handled through our banking partner.
Lease and Inventory Process:
* A Mobility Lease (or civil lease) will be sent to you via email once the required documents are submitted.
* A property inventory will be conducted upon both arrival and departure.
Check-Out Options:
* Self check-out: Instructions will be provided for completing self check-out.
* Assisted check-out: Opt for an assisted check-out with a full inventory inspection for a fee starting from €35, payable upon departure.
Pet Policy:
* Pets are welcome for a monthly fee of €150 per pet (except for properties where pets are not accepted).
