Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Renovated 3 1/2 room house with garage. Sunny and very quiet location with a marvellous view on the lake and mountains, protected against the wind. Garden with table tennis and a non-heated swimming pool. On the upper floor of the house, there is another small apartment with separate entrance that can also be rented. This apartment does not have access to the garden, swimming pool and garage. An ideal two-generation holiday house. Possibility to rent one more double room with bathroom/WC and own terrace (studio). Non-smoking house.
