Superb 56 m² duplex apartment, ideal for 6 people, with two terraces and a breathtaking south-facing view of the Atlantic, Chay beach and the Cordouan lighthouse.
The bright living room opens onto a sunny terrace, equipped with a trundle bed (sleeps 2 in 90 cm). This main room is composed of a sideboard, a TV, as well as a dining area with a round table.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a sunny terrace: electric hob, extractor hood, mini oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink and dishwasher. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet.
Upstairs, a mezzanine houses a 160 cm double bed, providing a comfortable sleeping area. A bathroom with a washing machine and a toilet is provided. The apartment also has private parking.
