Ideal for a holiday with family or friends, this 70 m² (753 sq ft) 4-room apartment, accommodating up to 8 people, is located in a quiet area, offering both comfort and tranquility. Situated on the 3rd floor with a balcony, it boasts a southwest-facing aspect with views of Mont Joly and the town of St. Gervais.
The residence offers access to several shared facilities: a sauna (reservations required), a swimming pool open only in summer, a fitness room, a relaxation/games room, and a laundry room. You'll be a 10-minute walk from the town center and all amenities. The shuttle stop is just steps from the residence, and the cable cars are also nearby.
