Living Room and Kitchen:
The spacious 25 m² living room is bathed in natural light thanks to the large windows that open onto the private 60 m² terrace. This living room features a double sofa bed, ideal for accommodating additional guests. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, as well as appliances like a toaster and equipment for raclette and fondue. It is designed so you can prepare and enjoy your meals with ease.
Bedrooms:
The apartment includes two bedrooms. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, offering a comfortable space to rest. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm), perfect for children or friends. The bedrooms are decorated in a contemporary Savoyard style, combining charm and modernity. Bedding is provided for your comfort.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower, a sink, and storage for your personal belongings. Towels are provided.
Terrace:
The 60 m² terrace is a true asset, offering a spacious and peaceful outdoor area where you can enjoy the stunning views of the valley and surrounding mountains. It’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an outdoor dinner. A plancha grill is available!
Other Amenities:
The apartment has fiber-optic WiFi, ideal for staying connected during your stay. A television is also available for your relaxation.
Proximity to summer and winter resorts:
The apartment is ideally located just 20 minutes by car from the Orelle ski lifts, which provide direct access to the 3 Valleys, the largest ski area in the world! Access to Orelle is easy via the highway, which is well-maintained and cleared of snow throughout the winter. This allows you to avoid long uphill drives and numerous hairpin turns, making your trip more comfortable and faster. Additionally, within around 30 minutes by car, you can reach the resorts of Saint-Jean-d'Arves, Le Corbier, Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves, Albiez-Montrond, La Toussuire, and Les Karellis. The Maurienne Valley is also the largest cycling area in the world, offering hiking trails, climbing routes, and mountain lakes to explore.

In addition to the "Chaleur Alpine" apartment, we have 3 other apartments in the same building ("Le Refuge des Cimes," "Panorama Majestueux," and "Grand Horizon"), accommodating 6 people in the , and 14 people in the other two.
