26 m² studio located on the ground floor of a residence 50 m from the sea, near the marina in St Jacques en Sarzeau:
- A living room with a sofa, a fold-down bed (160cm) and a folding bed (90cm).
- A fully equipped kitchenette
- A bathroom with shower/toilet
Equipment: refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, TV.
The exterior:
- Terrace with 2 privacy screens on each side, equipped with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, manual exterior awning.
- A numbered parking space
- Access to the sea from the residence via a walkway.

Note:

- No Wi-Fi. A mini Wi-Fi box can be rented for €39/week or €6/day.
- Pets allowed (2 max.) with a supplement of €30 / pet / week including short stays.
- End-of-stay cleaning to be carried out by the tenant or possibility of booking a cleaning package: €60
- Early arrival / Late departure (Subject to express agreement with the agency and availability): €20/hour, with a maximum of €70
