Located at an altitude of 1100 meters, the Location Paradiski San Bernardo apartment is a furnished holiday rental offering a surface area of 70 m² plus an 18 m² private terrace. The apartment is fully renovated and offers plenty of natural light thanks to its southwest exposure, four large windows, and a French door. It includes two private parking spaces, a large private ski locker, and a bike storage room.
The apartment is equipped with extremely fast Wi-Fi (fiber) at 585 Mbps. It is ideal if you want to work remotely while enjoying the nearby activities.
A "Welcome Pack" including soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and cleaning products is at your disposal. The cleaning of the apartment following your check-out is included in the price. Bed linen and towels are optional (extra cost 15 €/person including a small and big towel).
Access is easy whether you’re arriving by car, bus, train, or plane: a bus stop is located at the foot of the inn (with access to La Rosière and Bourg-Saint-Maurice). A bar and restaurant are right next to the residence.
Situated on the road to the Col du Petit Saint Bernard, near the Italian border, the apartment's location is optimal and offers a wide choice of the largest Alpine ski resorts in close proximity: Paradiski area (Les Arcs, La Plagne), La Rosière San Bernardo (Franco-Italian area), Sainte Foy, Val d'Isère, and Tignes.
The apartment is also located on the Route des Grandes Alpes, a 720 km tourist route that crosses the French Alps from north to south, passing through 26 mountain passes (including 7 over 2,000 meters in altitude). It is a favored journey for cyclists and motorcyclists.
It is at the foot of hiking/biking trails, and close to white-water activities, paragliding, golf, fishing, and Xtreme luge.
