For shared use: property 600 m2, swimming pool (10 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking.
