## Neighborhood
The flat is well located in the St-Aubin district which is a stone's throw from the hyper-centre of Toulouse.
It spreads out to the east of the historic centre, all around the rue de la Colombette and the massive Saint-Aubin church, between the boulevard Lazare-Carnot and the Canal du Midi. Every Sunday the Saint-Aubin market, around the church, offers its stalls of gastronomic products, organic products and flowers.
The Théâtre de la Cité and the Halle aux Grains, one of Toulouse's main concert halls, are in the immediate vicinity.
