For rent – Vars Les Claux, at the foot of the slopes
The Forêt Blanche Agency offers this charming 40 m² mezzanine apartment located in the Le Hameau residence, in the heart of Vars Les Claux. Ideally located, it benefits from direct access to the slopes and is just a stone's throw from the shops, providing the perfect setting for a mountain stay.
You will discover a pleasant, bright and warm living room. The living room, designed for relaxation, has a double sofa bed (140 x 190). In the extension, the open kitchen, modern and perfectly equipped, offers you a refrigerator, a traditional oven, induction hobs, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, an immersion blender, a chopper and a raclette machine, to share friendly moments around good meals.
On the sleeping side, the apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, and an intimate mezzanine, accessible by a ladder, furnished with a second double bed 140 x 190. The whole can comfortably accommodate up to six people. A bathroom with WC, completed by a second independent WC, completes the comfort of this property.
Outside, a terrace invites you to extend your moments of relaxation. Furnished with two armchairs and a small table, it provides a real reading or resting spot sheltered from the wind, facing the mountains.
