🏢 Ideally located in the hyper-center of Voiron, a few minutes walk from the SNCF and bus station, very beautiful apartment completely renovated, air-conditioned, perfectly equipped with all comforts, spacious, on the 2nd and last floor without elevator.
It consists of:
- a large living room with double exposure;
- a fully equipped open kitchen;
- two double bedrooms;
- a bathroom with modern shower and WC.
🛌 The apartment has two sleeping areas:
- a bedroom with a 160cm double bed.
- a bedroom with a 140cm double bed
- A sofa bed in the living room.
⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the amenities in the apartment, such as a television, free Wi-Fi, kitchen equipment (washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine), storage, air conditioning, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

Voiron is a medium-sized town at the foot of the Chartreuse Mountains. It's close to all amenities, including cinemas, performance halls, numerous shops, and restaurants. Hiking is possible in the Chartreuse Regional Park. Downhill and cross-country ski resorts are 25 kilometers away.
🚌 Getting around:
Bus lines allow you to cross the city and reach surrounding towns.
You are close to the SNCF train station, which serves Grenoble and Lyon in particular.
🚗 Parking is available around the building (paid during the day except Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linens, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and bathroom linens will be placed on your bed.
🤝 This is a community-based housing project! All cleaning fees are donated to two charities (ESAT for disabled workers and community cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that check-in is possible from 5:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible until 10:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of €24 including VAT applies in both cases.
