"Top 3", 4-room apartment 70 m2 on 2nd floor. Spacious and bright, luxurious and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. 3 double bedrooms, each room with satellite TV (flat screen). Large living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). 2 showers/WC. Underfloor heating. Large terrace 27 m2. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed). Zell am See: Ski in - Ski out, modern, very comfortable apartment block "Sunny", 3 storeys. 5 apartments in the residence. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 10 m from the skiing area. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 1.5 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "71" 400 m. Golf course (36 hole) 7 km, gondola lift, skisport facilities, ski rental 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittenhöhe 10 m, Kitzsteinhorn 11 km, Saalbach Hinterglemm 20 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 2 km. The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing. Check-in is in the apartment house Emma Deluxe (Fürth 153, 5721 Piesendorf). Late arrivals only possible by prior arrangement. Use of the sauna is charged at 30€ per hour/per apartment.
