La Grange Neuve strikes the perfect blend of rustic charm and contemporary elegance. This carefully renovated property, which has plenty of space for up to nine guests, features original elements from the old Savoyard barn.
At the entrance, the ski room with a heated boot dryer will be particularly useful in winter. There's also a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Soft colours and natural materials make the spacious living area the perfect place to relax. Sofas and armchairs are arranged around the TV and the wood-burning stove. The modern kitchen, which has three ovens and an induction hob, makes it easy to cook for a large group, and there's room for everyone to eat together at the large dining table. The space is completed by a wine store and two offices for remote working.
This living area opens onto a covered terrace with a dining table, where you can enjoy superb views of the village and the valley while you eat. A double bedroom, with a shower room with WC, also opens onto the terrace.
There are three more charming bedrooms under the eaves on the top floor. One of them, a bright double room, has a private balcony and an elegant bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as two basins and an impressive copper freestanding bath. The children's room has a set of bunk beds, a desk and a play area.
The final bedroom, which is more spacious, has a double bed, which can be separated into two single beds, and a child's bed. There is also a shower room with a WC.
There is an outdoor parking space as well as a covered garage. A shady garden with a picnic table is the perfect place to enjoy a family meal.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.
