Outside, a spacious garden welcomes guests, with a parking area and a generous covered porch equipped with garden furniture, shared between the two units of the villa. The independent entrance, through a dedicated gate, leads to an exclusive outdoor area, complete with additional furnishings and a brick barbecue, creating the perfect place for outdoor lunches and dinners.
