An exceptional, high-end, passive energy property. Chalet Belmont is one of the pioneers of eco-friendly chalets in Haute-Savoie, ideally located in the heart of the village of Combloux, offering breathtaking views of Mont Blanc.

- Right in the center of the village of Combloux
- 10 minutes by car from Megève
- 6 minutes by car from the Princesse ski lifts (Domaine Évasion Mont-Blanc)

☞ IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING

- We are trying to install fiber optic internet, but without success as the local council is preventing us from carrying out the necessary work (roads). We currently have a temporary solution, which works, but is not up to fiber optic quality.
- As this is an eco-friendly chalet, the heating system is not designed to reach temperatures above 22 degrees without using the fireplace.
